11/17/2005	Everything has been good-great so far (4 months into 6 month lease)	YES	4.0
	Very clean grounds, very quiet neighbors. Upstairs units (like mine) have vaulted ceilings, washer/dryer (my washer doesn't spin too great and always leaves wet clothes), spacious units, responsive managers, Pool/Spa just had work to redo spa and is *barely* used.
