Management can't be trusted

They will be nice to you and wow you with their move in deals, but after that, watch out. Their accounting errors almost cost me over $700. One day there was a new resident manager and suddenly I owed $700 even though I had paid in full!! They would not believe me and I had to threaten to go to community mediation to stop them. Upon their discovery of their error which took a lot of persistance from me, there was no apology and they were rude and accusatory through the whole process.
