I was very excited when I first moved in. Washer and dryer inside and beautifull pool and rec room. However now that the place is under new management it has gone downhill. Someone is always in my parking place, the pool has been green and smelly several times, there is always 5-10 kids that jump the fence to swim every afternoon and after management is informed they do nothing becouse they have some teens say they are with them. The jets on the spa rarely work and its too hot. You cant own a charcole grill, the carpet sheds horribly and sucks up dirt and oil like a sponge and formes a huge black spot that only gets bigger. The sunday brunch never happens and when it dose, its gone in less than a half an hour. In the news letter it says from 10am-1 pm, I was there last sunday @ 10:30 and it was gone. The paint on the wall rubs off if you try and clean a spot on it, the filter on the a/c has to be changed every 2 months or it freezes up and leeks water all under the carpet. The maintanance is a joke, my oven was burning everything i put in it. It took 3 trips to find out the thermometer sensor was not working. I moved in on oct 1st and my thanksgiving turckey was charcole, thats how long it took them to fix it. Dont put anything in the door of your fridge becouse the shelf pulls out when u open the door hard. The shelves in the closet and pantry are weak. The can't support very much canned food. They raise the rent after your lease is up, and the people in the office are rude and snotty. I am placing this anonymously becouse they alrealy dont like me and treat me like crap.

From the staff:

In response to your review, I wanted to reassure you about a couple of items. #1) If your carpeting appears dirty, and you have not spilled anything on it, it may be from outdoor dirt/oil/grease being tracked in from your shoes. I recommend getting a doormat for outside, and maybe even one for the inside of your home. Otherwise, we would be happy to arrange a carpet cleaning for you with our vendor. #2) Brunch is served during the times listed in the newsletter, however, some of our residents find it necessary to take more than needed. In the past, being unaware of the turnout we would receive for brunch, we didn't know how much food to buy, so rather than have too much and have the food spoil and waste, we now know the appropriate portions to buy.
#3) To spot clean your walls, you do not want to put soap or water on a flat paint. We have plenty of touch up paint, and an onsite maintenance team readily available to assist you if you need touch up painting. #4) The shelving and refrigerators are professionaly installed, and name brand. If you are dissatisfied with the operations of your GE refrigerator, I would be happy to put you in touch with their customer service support. #5) Rents increase with the market. There are standard increases with time, not just because your lease is up... so while a $50-$100 increase at the end of your 1 year lease is what you are seeing, it has gradually gone up, $5-$10 at a time. There isn't "one big hike" of rent, as we stay current with the market. #6) If there is a complaint or concern with anyone seen using any of the recreational facilities, they are politely asked if they are a resident, as we still have to treat every person with respect, tenant or not tenant. The rules are consistent, and management enforces them through the community. We do not allow unsupervised, non-tenant teenagers to hang out at the pool.
#7) If you are unhappy, and feel you have been mistreated with any of the office or maintenance staff previously, please, come talk to us. I respect your wishes to remain anonymous, but would encourage you to let us solve these problems for you. We are not here to judge anyone, or make anyone feel as you have expressed you do. We are only aware that you are unhappy, or have a problem if you tell us. So please feel free to speak with me, Valerie, or with our community Manager anytime. We're here everyday.
