I am living here now since july 2006. Moved here from another country and had no idea how things are here in the US. But I f und out very soon that its lound here and way to expensive here. The patio is small and on the backside of the building. 1265 Dollars for 2 bedroom and 2 bath - thats just to much for it. And I also agree to the pool situation. Dirty water and very seldom they clean it! Would not recommend this place!
