These folks dont know the first thing about California tenant law. My deposit holding agreement specifically stated "Non-refundable pet deposit" (ILLEGAL!) and they failed to itemize the deductions they withheld when I moved out (ILLEGAL!) Nevermind when I pointed out that Non-Refundable deposits were illegal, the management admitted they knew that and were giving them back now. I'd not be so upset if I hadnt spent hours making the place cleaner than when I moved in. Their management team is clueless with no clue what to do with the modicum of power their positions have afforded them.

And the place is chalk full of noisy ghetto children to boot.

I do want to reassure you that if you have concerns about your rental contract, tenancy, deposits, etc, we are here 7 days a week to discuss them with you. I also want to let you know that there is always an itemization report made with every move in and move out, as there is no way to skip this step in our computer system. We have everything on file, so if you have questions or concerns about your move out, please let us know how we can solve any problems for you. Our lease agreements were written by California Attorneys of Landlord Tenant Law, so if something was incorrect in them at anytime, they were written by an attorney of CA. All deposits at Capitol Place are refundable, less any damages found and itemized. If you would like to address your file in more detail, I could make an appointment to go over it with you.
