The staff gives horrible service, and that includes the curent manager. Please stand up current tenants, and future tenants. Move out, and/or don't move into Capitol Place. Through out my years I have never lived in such a mismanaged complex with so much crime. They always state that the new "team" will be better, and it never changes. Nice at first, then down hill! The complex is new; however, not worth the money. Paperwork is lost often,which leave you between a rock and a hard spot, because it's never the fault of the office always the tenant. They smile to your face,and rarly complete their promises. Our mail boxes where broken into, the rent drop box was stolen with tenants info., front gate doesn't work, the passenger gates are broken, they moved the soda machine into the pool room which is only available while the staff is in (due to vandalizim), cars racing through the comlex, loud music, skate borders, garages broken into, tenants with flattened tires, and on and on and on!
This is the some of the basic facts, do yourself a favor DONT MOVE IN or MOVE OUT!
Oh! dont forget the property by the Nugget Market is also ran by the same, so be careful to check before you sign on the dotted line of the lease.

Glad Valerie's gone, too. Hooray!! If I had confetti, I would throw it up in the air in celebration of her departure.
