I have lived at Capitol Place since Jan. 06 and wow what an improvment since Dec., the new manager has really done a good job with making sure my work orders are done on time.

Okay, listen to Mr. Anonymous. First of all 2.5/5 is a little more than half. Anyone with half a brain would say that 2.5 out of 5 is average. I mean honestly, out of all the places I have lived and of all the apartment managers that I have had to deal with only a handful I would say are exceptional managers.Most apartment complexes have average manages. It's not like it takes a big education to run an apartment complex. Anyone can do it as long as you are somewhat organized. So if you are expecting someone with the education of a Dr. you are obviously looking in the wrong place. Not to mention that if this apartment was that bad I would expect to see more bad reviews.
