TO LOGANZ: Ck out all the reviews for Capitol Place Apts. There a gentleman named "Ritchard" that went to small claims court, I believe, and SUED Capitol Place for his deposit, and I believe others have joined in. He also lists his email address. Please get in touch with him. He can probably offer you some good advice. P.S.- He moved out with in the last year. GOOD LUCK to you!!! All of us have to keep the pressure on this pile of losers.

I have been here for 1 1/2 yrs as well and they have gone through FIVE mgrs. Sheila Wilson was the best of all. She had a good work ethic, cared about the tenants and cared about maintenance requests response time not be TWO WEEKS. BIG MISTAKE to fire her! Sheila, good riddance to this pile of losers. Best of Luck to you. I hope you have a new, good job.

New mgr, Tara Jaramillo, is RUDE, incompetant and a poser to the maximum. Wait, I'll just wait 15 min and she'll also be gone.

Leslie in the office is RUDE also. I don't know what this company's hiring guidelines are, because it's really amazing that the ones that end up in the office are so rude and so uppity. By "uppity" I mean that this Company hires people that have an attitude (seems to me) that renters are "lowlifes," so I am not just throwing words out there to be a wiseguy. I am sure many of their own relatives are renters. In fact, some of these employees are probably renters also. This Company must realize that their future is in how their employees treat their renters. This attitude also includes the "self-importance" air they exhibit.

Unbelievable. I dread having to deal with anyone in that office and try to avoid it at all costs. I'm out of here as soon as my lease is up.

Future renters, stay away from this place. It stinks!

P.S. Monticello Apts on Jefferson (near Southport) are owned/managed by the same Company. Future Renters--Do yourselves a favor and stay away from there too. If their management of
Capitol Place is any indication of how things are handled, they are probably the same there. Save yourself the headache and the heartache.
