Okay so I just found this site and I wish I did sooner. I am a potential new resident who hasn't moved in yet but has already signed a lease. From the sound of things, I think I should pull out of it!! What's up with the lack of security from 2am on and the dirty pool...and the GATE!! I live in the ghetto now but I've never felt safer. I thought I was moving UP. I think this is the wrong step for me but we will see. I'll find out I guess. Now I'm scared. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

Sorry about you signing a lease with this place. I feel bad for you. Hopefully your experience will be alot better then mine. I wrote about my window being busted out in the parking lot and all kinds of other problems. They just need better everything all around. Watch out though for there "Maintenance" notes. We got tired of them every month it seemed like trying to come into our apartment for no reason. Its an invasion of privacy, not maintenance. The gate seems to be working but it does not deterr people from the outside nieghborhood coming in and using the pool or looking into people cars. That to me is wrong. The other day i went out there and there was like 15 somoan people in the pool. Im glad to be getting rid of this place. The late night arguing and drinking in the parking lot is gross along with the beer cans i find near my car in the morning. I just hope they really try to fix this place up and listen to the tenants and not laugh at them when they are told that their HVAC guy walked into my room while I was naked. You said you lived in the ghetto, well so have I, I lived in oak park and south sac and felt/feel safer then this place. Best of Luck

I also just read that the maintenance men come in often? Does this really happen? Why? what kind of excuses do they use? I have never experienced that at any complex. It's hard enough to get them to come out when you do need them. I hope my air conditioner works =). Thanks for the response!
