ok so when i first read the reviews i thought, oh wow im sure people are exaggerating, but they really were serious. I can not stand living in this complex. The apartment is nice, and the pool is great, so are the work out facilities and the location. HOWEVER..the management is terrible.

When i first moved in the lock was busted on the out side storage closet. I placed a work order to have it fixed and i never heard back from management. 3 weeks later i checked up up on it and they had no record of any work order. So i placed another work order. It NEVER got fixed. i had to fix it myself. The second work order, my heater went out. i had a newborn baby at the time so there was no way in hell i would have no heater during winter for my kid. It took them 3 days to send someone out and when he did come to the door, he said the management advised him that we needed a new key made. WTF' Thats just bad communication right there. Since it was friday afternoon, he said he wouldnt have the part for the heater until monday. The on monday it was ovbious they had been in our apartment to check on the heater, however the heater was not fixed. when i called and asked about it, they got all irritated like i was bothering them. Finally 2 days later they had it fixed. Another issue: the management assured us that they have a contract with the tow company in the area to tow cars that park in our spots. on one occassion we requested that someone be towed out of our spot and secuirty notified me that the management had never even set up a contract with the tow company..even tho there are signs posted all over the parking lot. wtf once again.

Also there is a terrible ant problem.
once we called to set up a work order to have someone spray for ants and they didnt answer the phone. a few moments later one of the staff members called back and just simply said who is this''
taken aback, i asked her um who is this'' and she said, well you called my phone from this number. i mean, how unprofessional is that'' we called the management office number, not her personal phone. what a dumbass.

also my neighbor is a total B from hell. if you sneeze she bangs on the wall. That is not the managements fault, but sheezus, i hate having to tip toe around my apartment. I am a very decent tenant, i pay my rent on time, i dont make noise, i mind my own business. i just feel like the management is completely lazy and too aparently too busy to take care of thier tenants basic requests.

its a pretty nice apartment, but the management is just bleh

I agree with your comments. Although it has been a long time since I lived there, I can see how you could have that opinion of how management sucks. I actually used to work there, and was blamed for something which wasn't my fault and was subsequently let go. I actually cared, worked hard, stayed laye, but it was all for nothing. Well, I can't say that...I demand good service, so I give good service. If they hired competent people, they would have them longer than six months. Hire crap...get crap.

It's been a while since I lived there, and I only lived there for 6 months. The apartments have horrible insulation, and my neighbor downstairs (I lived on the second floor) would complain constantly about us, and even came knocking on the door at 2:30 in the morning once, only to find that it was the people who lived on the third floor who had been making all the noise. The downstairs neighbors really had nothing to complain about since they played their music so lout that it rattled the dished in my kitchen....I argued several times with the management on the whole parking thing, and when I reported a car that for a week had been parking in other peoples spots, they told me to leave them a note.....WTF? The gate to get in only worked 2 nights out of the entire 6 months that I lived there. This place sucks. I even called the property management company...I believe that it's "American Property Management", and they never returned my call....it's no wonder that this place sucked so much....I will never live anywhere that American Property Management runs......They have no idea what they are doing. I really just can't say enough on how bad this place is. I've lived all over California, and never had as bad of an experience at an apartment complex as I did at this crappy place.
