i stayed at the apartment for one year and vacated the apartment spotless.i was charged almost 1000 dollars for maintanace.the management tries to suck money out of you anyway they can.my move in deposit and pet deposit was never returned and i was charged extra 100 dollars for maintanance.if i knew i will be charged i would have loved to mess up the place just to show the management.i had paid pet deposit but never kept any pets.i strongly recommend to people who want to rent this place out to think twice coz u will be fooled by the mangement...nice place not to be..parking sucks too..goodluck Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

Contact the main coporate office to work on getting your deposit back. They tried to tap us for new carpet, whole apt paint etc. I got all my money back except 100.00 I had to go through Corporate. Also, if they did not offer you a pre-move out inspection then you stand a good chance of getting your money back. By law they are required to give you a 30 day pre-move inspection so you have an opportunity to fix anything that is wrong. Good luck
