When I first moved to Capitol Towers I was a little bit skeptical on living in downtown sacramento but since moving here from November I've been pleasantly surprised. The neighborhood is quiet, everything I need is within walking distance, and all the tenants I occasionally meet have all been great. I met a lot of nice people at the Tenant Holiday party they threw here and the staff even watched over my dog when I got called out of town on a family emergency. This once skeptical girl from Ohio who was scared to come out to California in the first place has now found a great home and I owe a lot of that to where I live!

It’s quite obvious that the apartment managers that many tenants are complaining about are here writing reviews and rebuttals to most of the legitimately unhappy reviews. Not being able to let their property and service be fairly graded by the tenants that live here represents a huge loss of credibility for the management, and it will make anyone who reads this webpage very unlikely to rent here. Apparently they’re too unprofessional to realize that. Are they really so stupid as to think that they are fooling anyone? Credibility is not a game, losing it means losing customers forever. I guess they think they don’t need anymore customers.
