I had such great hopes. Relocated to area, a chance to experience downtown living until my suburban home was built. It is hard to believe a property could be so badly managed and maintained They advertise recently remodeled luxury. This place is a dump with the worst workmanship I have ever seen. The leasing staff is unbelievably incompentent and rude, rude, bithcy rude. The maintence staff doesn't respond to legitimate requests. I'm still waiting for the repairs promised the day I moved in. When asked for the contact information for offsite management I was accused of harassing the staff. You simply can't believe a word they say. I doubt you could do worse than the Towers as a place to live. Thank God I am free of this place at the end of the month. Maybe the next person unfortunate enough to rent my apartment can convince mantenance to actually glue the fake hardwood to the floor.
