I was so afraid to move in after I read the terrible reviews, but I love Capitol Towers. Yes, the construction across the street gets annoying in the morning, there are a few people walking through the complex etc. My main point is that the apartment itself is great, everything is updated! The office staff is great, they are always there to help me, maybe some people don't know how to ask KINDLY. Maintenance is quick and efficient, and my leasing agent went above and beyond upon move-in inspection and made sure to write down EVERY single thing that was wrong with the apt. before I moved in (including things I didn't even notice). I love living here, the gym/pool/jacuzzi are 24 hours...so convenient. The gym can definitely use free weights and parking could be free for tenants if not at least a LITTLE cheaper! 100 bucks a month for parking is pretty ridiculous! Overall I love living here!! Keep in mind though, it's not an easy walk to Old Town and the bars on J but it's not impossible!

lol, it used to be a nice place before the new owners (that's why i moved out).. they didn't even give me my deposit back.

Nice appliances does not change the horrible management. And to the previous response, you should have taken pictures of the apartment and filed a small claim.

Really? Is having nice appliances the only nice thing I said about this place? So far, managements been awesome toward me...
