really nice apartments in a perfect location From: luckyguy Date posted: 5/30/2003 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003   these aare some of the nicest newest apartments in downtown sacramento. the on site managers aare very attentive and responsive. the area is right in the heart of downtown but so quiet especially on the weekends. the price is really a great value for all that you get. I had to leave town or I would still live here.
