	Management changed since I started renting, but I am happy with it. I love my apartment and wouldn't want to live anywhere else! Laundry in unit and parking is priceless!

	these aare some of the nicest newest apartments in downtown sacramento. the on site managers aare very attentive and responsive. the area is right in the heart of downtown but so quiet especially on the weekends. the price is really ... more

	Management at the rental office very rude, and not helpful. Maintenance very slow and everything is not always fixed correctly. Most Employees not pleasant and very rude.good luck getting a gate opener for the main gate to park your car!!! ... more

	Bought out by horrible property management company in 12/00. since then, constant rent increases (every 3-4 mos) and also now a large fee IN ADDITION TO RENT to park in the covered parking lot. also terrible maintenance service and on-site ... more
