This apartment complex really should be shut down. You will never get maintenance repairs done, the managers are horrible, you will get bums sleeping on your doorstep, good luck with parking!

When I first moved in the sweet little lady in the apartment next to the manager's apt. warned me all about it, I should have listened to her! Knock on her door and ask for yourself! AWFUL!

Im sorry and also very shocked you had a negative living experience at the Carol Manor Apts. I moved in 10/2006 and it has been wonderful ever since! I havent had any problems with the neighbors are have been nice for the most part, no loud neighbors, and the ground are well kept.

The grounds are well kept? WHAT GROUNDS?! The little "grounds" that there is is TRASHED. GROSS!
