I currently live at the Carol manor apts. and couldnt be happier there. The rent is very affordable and reasonable for the area. I am in walking distance of work, groceries, food, movies and anything further away' Light rail is a 4 block walk! The complex is quiet, well kept and the manager Cody maintains a nice group of renters who are quiet and friendly. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone that is moving to the mid town area.
