I lived there almost three years with roomate during law school. Our girlfriends had there cars broken into a couple times at night. Its been a while since that happened (about a year). Living in an urban area you have to expect that kind of stuff though. Just don't leave stuff in your car. If you have a sound system or a honda civic opt for the parking. Great location. We liked to party and it was within walking distance to a bunch of food and bars. Starbucks and the post office are just accross the street. Kinda noisy sometimes, but don't live downtown if you can't handle noise. It's a fun crowd. I had to leave for a job opportunity or I would have stayed.
