I have been renting for over ten years and lived in all sorts of areas. This complex is more like a family. Everyone is friendly and close. Tha manager and owner are the most amazing guys ever. Honestly, any time I have had an issue he drops whatever he's doing and comes to help, right then(not within 48 hours like most places and regardless of the hour). I have had one neighbor that can occasionally be a little noisy but it's only on the weekends and not late, and I have never brought it to their attention becuase it's not that bad. The manager is the hardest working man I have ever seen, he is up and working from around 6am to 11pm, constantly available and keeping the apartments looking wonderful. They are always doing nice projects, like new paint, blinds, etc. If you ever have an opportunity to live here... I would definity take it. There is something peaceful and unique about this place. I love the old wedgewood stove too.
