Nice little complex -- old building but great maintenance and management. Manager performs maintenance and lives on-site -- very helpful and performs quality work. The owner is great -- he is very accessible and flexible in working with tenant needs. This new owner took over the property around early 2008 and has done a great job of cleaning up the property and bringing in tenants who make good neighbors. Overall, we have no complaints about the property, and lots of praise for the ownership and management!
