My husband and I moved here in June 2008 from out-of-state. I was almost convinced to rent sight-unseen just based on my telephone conversations with the owner (Shon), but we made an appointment to drive into Sacramento to have a look at it just to make sure it would meet our needs. When we arrived, the manager (Richard) was working on getting the unit ready - painting, cleaning the carpets, replacing blinds - and I was impressed. The small courtyard area is well-maintained, the inside of the apartments are clean and cute. I was convinced 100%.

Now that we have lived here for just over a year, I still love it! I've heard about some of the issues before Shon bought the place, but none of those things seem to be a problem anymore. Our neighbors are friendly, and Richard is constantly working around here to make sure the place is well-maintained.
