I was really unhappy with these apartments. Very old apartments with old aplainces. Very small rooms and bath room. Very dark kitchen, noisy. The garbage area in usually not cleaned. We always had problems with our second car and very often even with our firs car. Insects not only in the kitchen, but in the other rooms also. They don't have central air conditioner and heater. During summer - very hot inside, during winter - very cold. They have two swimming pools, but only one was working at the time. But most the time - both were closed. If open, than everyone could just come and use that pool. Parking lots: for the first car you will get get a parking space with roof... but the second - there will be days, when you will have to park outside the area of the apartments.
I did not get my deposit back at all - not fair. We were very good leasers, we returned the apartments clean, without needs to repair. When came there - we got apartments where even carpet was not cleaned at all and very old paint on the walls. After the year was expired - we moved at all.
