The apartments are very AFFORDABLE however there is a reason for this. The area tends to be a little depressing. Late at night you can hear police cars racing down the streets. The neighborhood just around the courner seems a tad bit worst though. Most of the appliances are out dated (you have to light my stove with a match), when taking a shower you must make sure that you leave your bathroom window open otherwise milldew with grow along your ceilings and walls. The apartment lacks central air and heating instead, you have an old gas furnis and a boxed air conditioning unit that you can barely feel during the summer. There are only two plugs that are equipped for three pronged apliances but they are only located in the bedroom and the livingroom therefore, if you want a microwave put in your kitchin you will have to go and buy an extention cord. There is no garbage disposal, and no diswasher. The neighbors seem to be ok, I never had any major problems with it, but a couple of times I felt creeped out by them. The bad thing about living here is you do not have much privacy. The walls are paper thin and you can hear people walking down the hallway going to and from their apartments at night. Furthermore, you neighbors front door faces your livingroom windows and it is not hard to see through the windows when they are open. The parking is sufficient, there is usually at least one park available to use. The management is really good. I never had any major maintainace problems, things were always fixed on time. Overall, if you want something cheap and you don't care about remodeled amenities, this would be your perfect fit. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

Casa Lido Apartments are affordable and clean. They are out dated but they have a bid of charm to them. Edison Ave is an older area of Sacramento but these apartments are close to Watt Ave and the area seems to be pretty safe. There is close access to the freways and close to downtown so if you are looking for location the location is pretty centralized.
