Very poor parking, no covers, not assigned,Apts are in need of repairs, nothing ever done right. Rent keeps going up, service poor. Crime rate very high here. Noise to the max.Owned by a slum lord. Security gates do not have locks, main gate stays open. Parking off property and on property is at your own risk. They will tow residents cars, not visitors. $95.00 park on property charge.
