Management was bad about returning phone calls and never available on weekends. When I moved in the drains were clogged and the phone and cable lines weren't hooked up, but it took them almost 2 weeks to send maintentance to look. There were human hairs trapped in the dried paint on my walls as if someone had rubbed their head against it while the paint was drying--gross! Also even though smoking was not allowed inside the neighbor above me smoked and the smell always filtered down into my place. There were also a lot of very noisy, drunk neighbors who would blast their car stereos in the parking area. Washing machines and dryers in the laundry room would often be broken with no signs on them and steal your money--management said they'd give you a refund but never did. The police came to visit my neighbors often and there were always police helicopters flying overhead--not to mention homeless people were wandering around outside all of the time. The manager was tired of hearing me complain so she punished me by refusing to return any of my deposit, claiming that they had to replace the carpets in my unit because I had damaged them (not true).
