I used to leave in Citrus Heights the "burbs" in my own house but after the seperation I decided that the downtown living would be a good change of pace for me. I remember walking by old sac and seeing this corner apartment building and thinking how cool would it be to live there, and IT IS.
The apartment complex is really cozy, dont expect Plasma TVs all over and granite counter tops in your kitchen, but it is not a dump. The management is as nice as can be it rivals the concierge at any five star hotel.
Just please remember your living in a historic tourist spot so there will be days when the streets are closed down and there will be nights when it gets loud but have fun enjoy were you live and know that not many people outside of new orleans or madrid get to play like this
