Nice place, NO MOLD!!

I lived at College Court in 2006 and loved my apartment. I had friends living here as well, and neither of us had any problems with mold! The manager told us the old mold issues were fixed several years ago and cleared by the Health Department, which are on record. I highly recommend this quite, quaint apartment complex!
