I'll have to say I've lived here since toward the end of 2003, and management has changed. When I first moved in it was better!! Now they have new management and they are not that good. The lady in the office is this redneck that has a little attitude a lot of the time, and whenever you go to the office for something no one is never there! When I first moved the lady before was always there. Then the parking situation is so ridiculous than ever before!! They should have first come first serve parking only for the residence that live there instead, if you come home late you are not guaranteed a spot at your own home in which you pay rent. That is totally irritating!!! Then the appliances inside the place are crap, they need to do a major upgrade from 1970. The bathtub is so gross its like they covered past mold or spots with white paste that comes off when you try to clean. The one good thing about it is that it is walking distance to Sac State so you if you go to sac state you can save a good amount of money not having to buy parking passes and saving gas. I say that is the best or only good thing about living here.
