I really agree with the bellow person's writing. Since I came to Sacramento in 2001, this is 7th apartment and I have never met any mean manager like this. She doesn't care about the resident at all.. Whenever I go to the office and try to talk to her, she always pretends to be busy and has no time to listen..
As the previus person mentioned, this apartment has serious parking problem. Last few days, after I came from school, I had to wait more than 3 hours to park my car. While I was waiting, I saw 5-6 car looking for a parking spot just like me. I called the office several time and asked them to take action regarding other people parking in my designated spot.. and next thing I got from her was a letter and it said:
Dear Residents,
This letter is to address the parking situation here at College Gardens. This year we seem to have more students per units, each having a car to park. I have heard from many of you, I agree there is not enough parking stalls. We have 99 assigned stalls & 42 guest parking stalls, 2 handicapped as well as five for future resident parking.
The fact is, each person living here, either knows from past years or was told at the time they moved in that parking here is a challege. The parking lot did not shrink since you moved in, it is the same size it was when you first visited. Calling the office, or stopping by to yell at me about it will not change the facts. While I would like to be able to provide each of you with a stall, it's just not possble.
...
In the mean time, if someone is parked in your assigned stall leave them a note asking them not to park there as it is assigned to you. If you come to the office about parking that's the answer you will get. The only thing we can do is start tagging cars for towing, but even that takes time as we are required by state law to tag them with a 72 hour tow tag. If after the 72 hour is up, and they are still parked there, then we can tow them. But realistically, they are usually long gone by then.
This clearly shows how incompetent she is.. Knowing the situation, she could have taken measures not to accept 4-5 residents per unit(with each having cars). Also she could have not given out that many guest parking permits!!!
Think twice before you move in here!!
