This was my first place in Sacramento. They allow pets and the rent is reasonable considering that you get a washer and dryer. however, since I started living there, they quality of the residents dropped went down a lot. In the front there were always trashy people who didn't live there hanging out and yes, there is a drug dealer that lives across the street (or maybe he just likes standing outside his house all day while people come and visit him for short periods of time). the Manager seems nice but is unreliable and good luck getting anything fixed. My neighbor's light was broken in her kitchen and was still broken even after they came to 'fix" it. Plus her car got broken into and my friend's car too. Plus the kids all run around unsupervised all day every day. And many people in the complex don't pick-up after their pets.

I agree with this review for the most part. Loud neighbors continue to stay, the drive way and parking spots have turned into a play ground(yet I have never seen a parent)and they leave there bikes and toys laying around like this is there house not an apartment, and pet owner need to pick up after there pets. I have had good response getting things fixed just not some bad residents out. However I have to say people break into cars no matter where you live it is not apartment complex specific. Overall for the price with washer and dryer it is still a good choice management just needs to step it up.
