Ok, first off-- I think most of these reviews may be confused. I know for a fact that there's another College Oak a block away. I also know there's no way she's dealing drugs out of her apt! This is probably someone who's mad and making things up (or confused with the other College Oaks). Anyway I've been living here for almost 5 years. Up until about 1 1/2 ago, I hated living here. There was always people hanging outside that don't live here and people constantly being loud. The manager definitely handles everything in a professional manner. About 1 year ago I was mad at my neighbor for keeping me up the night before with his music and I took it out on her. I feel bad for it now, but as soon as I got out of bed I stormed down to the office to complain about my neighbor. I yelled at her and told her how much I hated this place and the people who live her etc. Not once did she get an attitude or raise her voice, she actually show genuine concern for my complaint. Ever since then I have noticed that she's consistant with her rules and the way she handles things. I've also noticed a complete turnaround in the type of people living here. Most of them work or go to school. More importantly they are quiet and have respect for where they live.
