So obviously the last post was the manager, -----. Let me start off by saying that I MISS ------ THE OLD MANAGER!!! I'm happy she's managing a better apartment but this place just isn't the same. The 2nd day ----- was here, she started giving out 60-day notices for some residents to leave. One lady had to leave because the jealous, phsyco maintenance guy didn't like her nephew... because he has a nice car. She has a big family and knows everyone at the college because her son played football there. According to the maint, any --------------- person who went to her house was drug dealer. She's running all of my neighbors out of here. Most neighbors used to go to eachother's houses to barbeque and hang out on the weekend, we were even comfortable enough to invite the old manager. All my neighbors really bonded and had fun together. Now it's so awkward living here. ----- is so unprofessional and maintenance is very nosey and lazy. The only thing that ---- (maint) does is walk around the property with a frown on his face. He has no idea what he's doing and does a crappy job at everything he does. ----- is very akward and has no clue what she's doing. She tells all the residents and maintenance very personal information about everyone here. I heard ----- and ---- outside my window talking about confidential information about my neighbor. I wonder if she talks about me out in the open. I was sitting in the office one day and a girl who lives here walked in and ----- said "So where's my money, you're late on my rent!." She didn't say excuse me, I need to speak to her in private... can you come in later... SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I couldn't believe she said "Where's my money!"
I would only recommend this place if you have absolutely no where to go. I'm definately moving out at the end of my lease.
