Good value but many problems

I have lived at the 7707 address for two years now. Getting into the apartment took 2 years and I was glad to have it cause the rent is only $324 per month and there's absolutely nothing cheaper in Sac.
The maintenance was terrible (fixed a leaky sink by tightening the cold water knob). And they always got the floor dirty when they came in. Once we had to ask them to spray for spiders and they said they did but the spiders were always still there in the same places. The parking was atrocious and three times our car got broken into. Three other times someone parked in our assigned spot and we had to park elsewhere. We called the apartments and asked to have the person towed, but it never happened.
The woman across from us ran a day-care out of her apartment and the other neighbor raised chickens out of hers. Pretty gross. They say that no animals are allowed but that's a bunch of crap because practically everyone owns a cat.
The bottom line, if you need to live here for the cheap rent, do it. But you won't miss it once you move.
