I am a college student and i've been living here for a couple of years now. I can say this place is great only because it is the cheapest place in Sacramento and plus it's just a couple of minutes away from campus. The parking is terrible if you own two cars because you only get one assigned spot and the greens are first come first served which people have been in that spot for weeks or even months! People like to park in others' spot; I've had cars towed a couple of times because they've been in my spot for hours and it's pretty damn annoying because I get home from work and I just want to get home and relax but I have to wait outside and honk for hours until whoever is in my spot to finally move- so rude and inconsiderate. Also, the maintenance sucks because nothing is ever really fixed around here. I had a rodent issue and they never really did anything about it until it died and reeked my apartment; that's when they finally came over to get it (gross). My apartment smelled like dead animal for a couple of hours.
They say no animals or pets but it seems like everyone has a cat. One other thing that sucks is that theres no outgoing mailbox. There used to be one until they took it out- so it's pretty inconvenient
If you are interested in saving money this is a great place but not for long term living. One other thing, the maintenance staff aren't very professional either.

Sounds like a standard low income place. I am 28 basically disabled, they made me retire due to my disability to high of risk to work and have been retired since 911, where I live it is simply put my age, I moved here 4 years ago at this place in Rocklin, the old people want me out, I have never gotten a right up nore will they simply let me have a small party, one next door neighborer want me out simply she says I play my music to loud, I can't even here it in the other room and quiet time is 7 pm and they are a sleep by 8 pm before it is dark. They don't even like it when I have people over, damed old people, time to move on
