Excellent Place, Very Nice People

Colony House Apartments have excellent Staff that make you feel appreciated and welcome. It is a quiet little community. most of the people have lived there over 10 years. They have covered parking, a covered area with a ping-pong table, cats are welcome, and they have a beautiful pool. The owner always stays on top of maitnence, and the manager constantly cleans. It is not only a clean complex, but I also feel safe there too.
