I have lived at this apartment complex for almost six months now and have to admitt that they do a pretty good job. The grounds always look nice, the pool is always clean, and management responds to your needs. It definatly helps that it is a smaller complex. The residents there are really friendly. I had several people offer to help me move in the first day! I have a one bedroom and the apartment itself is surprisingly large. My rent was $625 a month for 700 sq ft!! Every else I looked was charging $695 for 650 sq ft. The living room is huge, the kitchen and dinette average, the bedroom is pretty big, but the bathroom is a little small if you have two people living there. The location is great though. Right by two shopping centers and finding good restaurants is never a problem. As far as crime is concerned, so far so good *knock on wood*. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to someone who doesn't mind an older looking complex and needs a cheap, spacious, friendly place to live.
