Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2001
Took almost 2 YEARS to fix the air cond. took OVER 4 years to fix the Dishwasher, having plumming back from other apts. and back up, and overflow into yours is NOT uncommon, happened 4 times, they unplugged the pipe, left the sewage for us to clean up, Roaches(but dont bother taking them to the office, they will tell you they are NOT roaches), if you dont mind watching drugs being used, and the MGMT. of CORALAIRE asking YOU watch your neighbors.. I bet you think I am laying.. move there.. you will see if I am..
