I have lived at Cottage Bay for about 2 months now, and I have nothing bad to say about the place. The manager, Lisa, is awesome! My apartment is so cute too. It's a loft with one bedroom and one bathroom. When i first moved in my toilet was leaking and i called to have it fixed...sure enough, it was fixed that very day by a nice man named Brandon. I don't think I ever want to move. I recommend anyone to move here. I also read the other reviews before mine and I asked Lisa how long she had been managing the place. She said a year, so I can tell you that all those bad comments were definately for someone else.
