The management is horrid! In 5 months, there's been 3 different managers... none of which take care of requests. They spend money on the appearance of the grounds, but try to get them to come and fix something faulty! My apartment was NEVER cleaned, and they still haven't come in to clean. My wiring is faulty and I can't get anyone to come and fix it. I've fallen on the premises twice due to lack of walkway lighting and burnt out fixtures in the unit. The stove, disposal, and shower didn't work when I moved in. The freezer makes noises and is HOT to the touch. I'm amazed at the total lack of concern the management gives the residents. I cancelled my rent check until I could have somebody come and fix things and clean... I got a 3-day notice to pay rent or quit! I paid $700 cleaning deposit and $500 pet deposit, and this is how I have to live. I'm so out of here, and once I am... lawsuit time.
