Cottage Bell Apartments

Rent is cheap, but there are better places. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   I have lived here for over 4 years. Rent is cheap for the area, but the apartments need lots of updating. Mold is also a problem. Windows and doors are poorly insulated and the windows rattle a lot when its windy. This apartment complex is NOISY. People coming and going at all hours, booming stereos, shouting at 3 a.m. Management is OK, a little peculiar, but pretty responsive, especially to repair requests.
