Cottage Bell Apartments

Should Be Better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   1 year at this complex. Nice, rent is reasonable, maintence is fair. However these apartments needs to be renovated badly, outdated appliances, no dishwasher, very poor insulation on doors and windows. If you need a place for a few months or don't have the time to look for something better this complex is not bad. I seen security patroling the property everynight, no problems with vehicle safety. Management is good, all request and concerns were handled promptly. Overall not a bad experience, it would behove you to research other apartments in the area before decideding on Cottage Bell
