Cottage Bell Apartments

Peaceful place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/13/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   What makes it so peaceful, the people that live here. Of the many places that I have lived in the past ten years of apartment life, Cottage Bell is one of the two communities I have been the happiest with. I like that neighbors have friendly talks out in the common areas. Even for living above the pool area, noise is very rarely problem even in summer. As for the apartments, there have been updates to kitchen and A/C. Parking can be difficult if people dont make their visitors park in the 30 or so visitor spots. The staff will make every reasonable effort to complete your requests in a timely manner.
