Cottage Bell Apartments

I slept with the windows open From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/16/2005 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2005   I've lived many places, both houses and apartments. Only at Cottage Bell could I live downstairs and sleep with the windows open. I never feared getting mugged in my slumber nor was I ever awakened by a neighbor. The Spring and Summer blooming Jasmine made the night air smell heavenly. The office staff was very kind. The maintenance was fast and efficient. The grounds were well kept and always clean. I truly believe that there is no better apartment complex for the price.
