Great price and nice From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006   I've lived her 5 years and am sadly moving out of state. I've met a lot of nice people here. My neighbors have been great, even picking up my newspapers when I was on vacation. The managers are super. They stay on top of things and make sure the place is always immaculate and well taken care of. They have a great sense of humor too. I really wanted a place with central air conditioning. The Summers are so hot here. This was the least expensive place in the area that had central air AND central heat. I'll miss everyone and plan to stay in touch. If my job ever transfers me back to Sacramento, I'll be back here.
