Best MGMT in Town From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2006   Cottage Bell Apts ia one of the best Apts in Sacramento. The Manger is a really nice Lady that cares about her Residents needs. The Maintenance staff take pride in their work. It is a gated property, with 2 area's of Gas Bar-B Ques, Pool, Spa, Tennis court. Work Out Room. They have a patrol service ad if you have an after hours problem, you get to talk to a live person , rather than a recording. I have lived here for 12 years and would never leave, unless the manager does, I would move to where she goes, thats how much I like the staff.
