I have mixed feelings about this complex. After living here several years I have concluded that the quality of tenants have significanlty decreased! In every complex there will be a handful of undesirable neighbors. Recently, there has been a majority of riff raff. You know there is a problem when long term residents (3 years) move to a different complex. Tenants in this complex do not take pride in their home. From clothes spread out on the bushes to childrens toys blocking the stairs. People here also drive too fast. There is only one enter/exit gate after hours. Several times careless drivers have almost ran into my car.
Now onto the management.....repairs are completed timely, I have had no problems w/that. I do feel the apt manager is very unprofessional. I have had numerous interactions where I have felt she has carried herself in an unprofessional manner. From inappropriate comments to peculiar questions. Also, there have been several changes in the assistant manager position.(4 since Ive been here)
I have had no problems with security. No breakins or car theft. There is a security company that patrols the property. Parking is adequate. There is a problem w/ non residents parking in the resident area. I have yet to see a car towed. The lot appear to be full at all times of day. Apparently the majority of the tenants dont work.
As I stated earlier I have mixed feelings about this complex. You get what you pay for. If your looking for a cheap place to live...this place is for you...that is if you dont mind living with undesirable neighbors!
