Cottage Bell Apartments

Surprised about "You get what you pay for" From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006   I have to wonder if this review was actually written by someone at a competing property. The parking lot is deserted during the day and there are always open spces, even at night. People living here obviously work and/or go to school. The place is so quiet that you can hear a pin drop any time of day or night. The manager is a deeply caring person who hires quality staff. The current assistant manager has been here at least three years. The previous one worked here since before I moved in. The maintenance guys have both been here for years too. I can't believe that someone would complain that cars don't get towed. I think that's a good thing. If the problem is friends of residents parking in resident parking, blame the friends, not the manager. I love this place. It's a great location, quiet, clean and crime free, as far as I've seen. That says a lot about the manger and the residents. I feel comfortable walking around at night and love my neighbors. There are some really nice people who live here. I see people who've moved out to go to fancier places come back because they are treated better here. It's a great place to live.
