Temporary residence. Inexpensive. Iffy neighbors.

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1997
 
Workplace parking lots nearby have occasional
vandalism. A few muggings. Can't say these were caused by residents. I did have some questionable stuff thrown at me when I walked past there at night once - ran quickly away. I lived there once to save money. Never again.
