If it weren't for the address posted at the top of this page, I would have no idea that these reviews were for my apartment complex. I'm a single, 24 year old woman that lives alone and has lived alone at Country Club Apartments for approximately four years. I've never once had a problem with the staff that I felt uncomfortable expressing with the office. I have little to no complaints regarding the complex, it's management, maintenance staff or other residents on the "Country Club" side of the property. The property itself is actually TWO seperate complexes run by TWO seperate management companies. Currently, April and Kizzy are the managers on the side I live on (Country Club), and they're both wonderful. They're always full of smiles, always say "Hello" when they see you, and are genuinely interested in keeping the property safe, quiet, and most importantly, a NEIGHBORHOOD. I actually KNOW my neighbors, and in Sacramento... that's a rarity.

I don't know what you people are expecting for what you're willing to pay for your living space, but for the rent amount that I, personally, pay... I feel that the value far surpasses anything else in this range, in this area. Granted, there's drug activity, there may even be domestic violence (although I've personally never witnessed/hear it), but is that really the management teams fault' No matter what area you move to - there's always going to be a drug issue, there are always going to be "fake" people that are sugary sweet to their management staff and yet beat their significant others... so please, don't discourage anyone from this property. This is a great place for individuals starting out on their own to begin. I couldn't imagine a more comfortable "starter apartment", and quite frankly, I've seen MANY properies in worse repair than CC. Sure, the buildings are old - but our maintenance staff is more than competent. And to be completely honest, I've only ever heard negative comments about the staff from those same tennants that are contributing to the drug-traffic, after hours noise and fighting - and they're never welcome long.

So please, before you post a negative comment about the property, take a good long think on WHY you don't like the management, the apartment, etc etc. I'd just about guarantee that you, yourself, were the primary contributor to problem.
